2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase from our website. By ordering, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts under UK law.

3. Products & Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and pricing displayed on our website are accurate and representative of the products offered. However, due to the nature of certain manufacturing and printing processes, some variations may occur.

3.1 Product Images and Colours
Product images are provided for illustrative purposes. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your monitor, screen, device settings or display technology. We cannot guarantee that the colour displayed on your device will exactly match the physical product.

3.2 Handmade and Personalised Products
Many of our products are handmade, printed, assembled or personalised to order. As a result, individual items may differ slightly from product photographs or previously produced examples. Minor variations in appearance, positioning, finish or dimensions do not necessarily constitute a defect.

3.3 Measurements and Specifications
Unless otherwise stated, product measurements and specifications are approximate. Small variations may occur as a result of the manufacturing, printing, finishing or assembly process.

3.4 3D Printed Products
3D printed (FDM) products are manufactured layer by layer. As a result, the surface may display visible layer lines, minor surface imperfections, small variations in texture, or other characteristics associated with the FDM printing process. These characteristics are considered normal for 3D printed products and may vary between individual items.

3.5 Timber Products
Timber is a natural material and each piece may vary in grain, colour, texture, knots and overall appearance. These natural variations are not considered defects. Unless otherwise stated in the product description, timber products will be supplied untreated and may require appropriate treatment or finishing if intended for a particular environment or use.

3.6 UV Printed Products
UV printed products may have slight variations in colour, shade, saturation or print positioning compared with the images shown on our website. These variations may result from differences between digital displays and physical printing, as well as the characteristics of the material onto which the design is printed.

3.7 Personalised Products and Customer-Supplied Information
Where a product is personalised using information, text, images, names, dates, logos or other materials supplied by the customer, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the information provided is accurate and suitable for use.

We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information supplied by the customer where the product has been produced in accordance with that information.

Where appropriate, we may contact you to clarify information before production. However, production may proceed using the information provided where clarification is not required.

3.8 Product Availability and Changes
We reserve the right to modify, update, replace or discontinue products, designs, materials, colours, specifications or finishes at any time. Where possible, we will endeavour to ensure that product information remains up to date.

A product being displayed on our website does not guarantee its continued availability.

3.9 Product Suitability
Unless specifically stated otherwise, our products are intended only for the purposes described in the relevant product listing. Customers are responsible for ensuring that a product is suitable for their intended use where the intended use differs from that stated in the product description.

Where a product is intended for decorative, craft or novelty purposes, this will be stated in the relevant product description.

4. Orders & Contract Formation

When you place an order, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. This does not mean your order has been accepted.
A contract is formed only when we send a dispatch confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is out of stock
  • There is a pricing or description error
  • Payment is not successfully authorised
  • Fraud or misuse is suspected

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.
We accept common payment methods such as credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other payment providers offered during checkout.

You agree to provide accurate billing information. If your payment fails, we may cancel the order.

6. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.
We deliver within the UK and internationally where specified.

You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

7. Personalised and Custom Orders

For personalised, engraved, or custom-made gifts:

  • You must ensure all text and choices submitted are correct
  • We are not responsible for errors you provide
  • These items are generally non-refundable, except where faulty or mis-described under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Returns, Refunds & Your Consumer Rights

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 apply.

Standard Products

You may cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. Items must be unused and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving your return.

Non-Returnable Items

Unless faulty, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalised items
  • Perishable goods
  • Digital downloads
  • Items with hygiene considerations (e.g., food-based gifts, opened cosmetics)

Faulty Items

If you receive a faulty item, contact us within 30 days for a refund or replacement.

9. Promotions & Discount Codes

Promotions are subject to separate terms and availability. We may cancel or amend promotions without notice. Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be used retrospectively.

10. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, and content on our website are owned by or licensed to us and are protected under UK intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any material without our written permission.

You agree not to:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Delays caused by external factors (carriers, weather, strikes)

Our total liability will not exceed the price of the goods purchased.
